Prepare a PDF submission: order, rotate and extract pages

Combine documents, remove unneeded pages or save each page separately, then check the final PDF.

Plan the document order

Keep a separate copy of each original. Write down which cover page, application and supporting documents are required. The order of uploaded files becomes the basic merge order.

The PDF tools accept at most 40 MB and 500 pages in total. Merging supports up to 15 input files. Encrypted or damaged documents may not open.

Merge and inspect pages

Use Merge PDF files to arrange file order. Enable individual-page editing for previews, inclusion, rotation and ordering. Preview loading may take time on mobile devices.

Save the result and reopen it before submitting. Check orientation, page order and whether text remains readable. Page copying can affect signatures, form fields and bookmarks.

  1. Choose PDFs and put files in order.
  2. Enable page editing when needed.
  3. Select, rotate or move individual pages in the output list.
  4. Save the merged file and reopen it for a final check.

Save selected pages together or separately

Extract PDF pages accepts ranges such as 1-3,5, odd/even pages or preview selection. Numbering uses physical page positions beginning at 1, rather than page labels printed inside the document.

Selecting 1,3,5 and enabling separate PDFs creates three one-page files. Save them individually or in a ZIP. A ZIP is a container, so extract it when a submission form only accepts PDF files.

Turn receipt photos into a PDF

Use Images to PDF for JPG, PNG or WebP receipts. Choose A4, Letter or image-aspect pages and 1, 2 or 4 photos per page. Photos are fitted without cropping on standard paper sizes.

This does not perform OCR or compress an existing PDF. Image re-encoding may change detail, so inspect small receipt text. All file processing happens in your browser.
