Separate group totals from per-person or nightly prices

Enter the whole group’s budget in KRW, traveler count and trip length. Each cost should represent the group’s total, or use a multiplier to turn a per-person or per-night price into that total. Use 1 if the amount is already a total.

The following numbers are hypothetical examples, not current destination prices or exchange rates. Assume two travelers, four days, a 2,000,000 KRW budget and 10% contingency.

ItemEntered costKRW total
Flights600,000 KRW × 1600,000
Accommodation150,000 KRW × 3 nights450,000
Food and transport20,000 JPY × 9 KRW per JPY180,000
Before contingency1,230,000
With 10% contingency1,353,000
Per person / per person per day676,500 / 169,125

Convert each currency before adding costs

Adding 600,000 KRW directly to 30,000 JPY does not produce a meaningful total. Select the currency and KRW rate for each item before comparing it with your budget.

For example, flights at 600,000 KRW, accommodation at 30,000 JPY and tickets at 100 USD, with hypothetical rates of 9 KRW per JPY and 1,400 KRW per USD, total 1,010,000 KRW. With 10% contingency, that becomes 1,111,000 KRW, or 555,500 KRW per person for two travelers.

CSV exports contain each item’s converted KRW amount. Use Save on device if you also want to reload original currencies, input amounts and manual rates. Use the bill splitter afterward to settle actual payments between participants.

Reference rates are not final card charges

The currency converter shows Frankfurter daily reference rates with their dates. Weekends and publication schedules may mean the data is older than today. Banks and cards may apply different exchange rates and fees.

Enter a manual rate when you have an actual exchange receipt or card rate. Rates are per one source unit: divide a quote per 100 JPY by 100 first. Include fees separately when budgeting.

Build a list you can actually use

Choose trip length, expected weather and activities. Add personal items, adjust quantities and remove irrelevant suggestions. Weather is selected manually; this does not fetch a forecast.

Adding suggestions preserves the existing list. Explicitly save the list and check marks on your device, or send a text/CSV copy to your travel partner. Device copies do not sync automatically. Check official entry, baggage and medication rules separately.

Write activities in each place’s local time

The itinerary planner sorts the dates and local times you enter; it does not convert time zones or calculate routes. Leave time blank for activities not yet scheduled.

Use the time-zone tool to compare departure and arrival instants. Enter both local dates, including the next day when a ticket says +1. Elapsed time includes layovers. If a daylight-saving transition makes a local time ambiguous, confirm UTC with the airline.

Copy your completed itinerary, export CSV or use Print / PDF. Save on device before leaving if you want to continue editing in this browser.
