How to use Time zones and flight duration

For time conversion, enter a city and its local date and time, then choose the destination city.

For elapsed flight time, enter departure and arrival in their respective local dates and cities. The browser’s IANA time-zone data handles daylight saving. Ambiguous or nonexistent local times are rejected.

Example
Seoul 09:00 to Tokyo 11:30 on the same date gives an elapsed time of 2 hours 30 minutes.

What if the local clock time occurs twice?

Confirm UTC with the airline and use UTC to remove ambiguity.
